Zamburiñas en Salsa de Vieiras

I grabbed a tin of these on a whim at a local shop and the guy who rang me out said that they were his favorite & I can see why. I enjoyed mine with rice pilaf and tin of Palirria chickpeas - the perfect no fuss, limited effort summer lunch.
